The garage door is opened by itself without any triggering of remote or wired button. And removing battery of remotes and disconected the wire from opener switch didn’t help at all. It seems like opener logic board got damaged by power surge one day.
And the manufactured company was asking me to replace the logic board that will cost me about $80 that includes shipping. Do you have any different idea? Well $80 is too expensive and I am not sure that will fix the issue initially. And I have put temporally remedy spending $20 from homedepot that remote power switch. So, before running the garage opener remote, I have to connect the power on opener by turning on remote switch of power connector. Ha. it is bit complicated but it was working fine but not for whole family anyway. Since it is secured by turning off the power I can stay for a while. However, my wife start complaining to have new opener to use opener remote directly rather than manual way of remote two times. So, I could find out cheaper one from Amazon.com, since I am a prime member the shipping was free. Then, I replaced a logic board right away. Wow, it worked out perfectly and now we are not using power switch remote anymore. 🙂

If you have done any programming of a device to your opener just before you noticed the “Phantom operation” this is the only way a neighbor’s remote may have been programmed in. When you press the programming or “learn” button, you are leaving your programming channel open for up to 30 seconds. Anyone pressing a remote control within range of your opener could program into your opener during this time.
